To Hand-Launch Your Confetti and Streamers: Flick Your Wrist.

How To Launch Your Confetti and Streamer Flick Sticks:

1. Hold one end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up above your head.

2. Pull your arm slightly backwards. In one continuous motion quickly return your arm overhead while flicking your wrist.

Then Repeat.

3. Flip the tube and repeat the launch for the other end. Repeat until the entire product is out the tube.
