To Launch Your Stay-Attached Streamers: Loop, Rip and Toss.

• Hold the plastic cup in your palm and loop the handle over your finger.
• Peel off the paper cover. Immediately put your thumb over the streamer rolls to keep them in place.
• Toss the streamers up and out (as if you're throwing a softball - or tossing water out of a glass).
