This Multicolor Flashy Streamer collection suddenly doubles in flight. We roll a 17' biodegradable streamer inside a 17' metallic one. Launched, the two break away from each other, unrolling individually. The doubling is startling - a flash of glossy, reflective color next to a bright, floating companion.

We pack a rainbow of colors in the same 10" launch sleeve. Each 2-layer serpentine is rolled tone-on-tone. So, red metallic is rolled around red tissue, green around green and so on.

Flashy streamers are fatter than single-layer ones, and tucking them inside skinny barrels can take a few seconds. Cut off the tip of the launch sleeve and push the Flashy rolls inside the barrel. Toss the plastic sleeve in the recycle bin and blast your streamers high.
