This Flashy, tricolor mix of slowfall rectangles adds twinkle and depth beyond ordinary red, white and blue effects. The contrast of matte versus shine reads exceptionally well on film, TV, video and in photographs.There's other magic in the mixture, too: This is 75% biodegradable tissue to 25% PVC metallic - the right ratio to maximize long-flutter color while popping in enough glitter for depth and not so much as to get slippery underfoot.

All of it is flameproof, so it is appropriate to launch at indoor and outdoor events, and for children's theater and parties.
