These Flashy Kabuki-cut streamers are exactly right for political conventions, election nights, get-out-the-vote drives, July 4th events and sports teams' celebrations. 

We twin-roll all our Flashy streamers. For this patriotic collection, we layer cherry tissue inside bright red metallic, royal blue tissue inside cobalt metallic, white inside silver.

Launch them into the air and they separate mid-flight. Each material shows its color differently, and the suddenly-doubled, arching visual is magnificent. 

Flashy Streamer Loading Tips

Some streamers will start to un-spiral a bit during loading. This is normal. Your effect will be great, so just stuff them into the barrel. Cap the barrel to make sure the streamers don't roll out before launch.
