Your customized blast will show off your theme, creating soaring color and sparkle. These tightly-rolled sleeves load and re-load quickly. So, you can celebrate every block of your parade route, every big point scored, every big moment of your party.

Get Creative: Burst Through Confetti

Design a companion sleeve of our Custom Tissue Slowfall Confetti. Load the streamers first, before adding the confetti. When you launch, your streamers will pop through the fluttering cloud.
