Confetti Creative: Add Die-Cut Stars

This "stars and stripes" American Flag effect works best with the 2"x20" RC2 barrel, but the 1" barrels work, too, as long as you gently curve the stars to fit as you load. First, pour in your streamers. Then slide in Patriotic Tissue Stars. The "stripes" of your flag will burst through a soft cloud of fluttering red, white and blue stars.
