These small squares form a flutter cloud of bright color with good hang time. Their small size means they easily fit into 1" barrels, such as the Kabuki Handheld Celebration Launchers and RC-2 1"x36".  They also look great blown across stages via the Shot Max or dropped from snow cradles. 

The tissue is lightweight. To maximize launch trajectory, be sure to slide a lifter into your barrel before adding the squares.
