We layer black matte tissue inside shiny black PVC and Kabuki-cut it into 1/2" wide streamers. Then we stack the streamers into easy-to-load, 10" plastic sleeves.

Slide the streamers into your barrel, recycle the sleeve and launch your cannon.

Mid-flight, each streamer's layers veer apart in a dynamic, flowering action that suddenly doubles the streaks flying above your guests and blackens the sky with half shine, half matte.

Confetti Creative: Add contrast for even more drama.

Black can show best when launched through a backdrop of equally strong color. For example, pour a sleeve of gold flashy confetti on top of your black flashy streamer load. Launched, the gold-yellow confetti mix emerges first. Your arcing streamers will burst the cloud of slowfall glitter.

All serpentines make for quick cleanup - and this striking two-tone black is no exception. Most of your Flashy Black Streamers will simply disappear post-event, carried out by your guests. Use a leaf blower to knock down any streamers dangling overhead.
