This fat, 2-layer Flashy confetti streamer launches from your cannon as a single roll. Mid-flight, it separates.

From there it becomes two serpentines: 1. Royal blue tissue, and 2. Cobalt blue metallic. The  glossy cobalt glistens as it streaks through light. The tissue floats royal blue over your crowd. Together, the matte and shine dual blue effect is dynamic and theatrical - perfect for bright, sunlit stadiums and parades, well-lit parties and conventions, and stage launches at concerts and musicals.

To load your cannons, slit open the clear plastic sleeve and stuff the Flashy rolls into your barrels. For narrow launchers, use a rod to slide the streamers all the way in. The more Flashy rolls you load, the denser and more colorful your launch will be. Recycle the sleeve and launch.
