When your color scheme calls for Blue, you'll find nothing more vibrant than our 18' flameproof metallic cobalt blue streamers.  We cut them fresh in our Sun Valley, CA factory and pack them in launch-ready 10" sleeves for quick loading and re-loading into your confetti cannon or handheld launcher. Just snip open the sleeve, pour in the streamer rolls and you're good to go.

The cobalt blue releases in an 18'-long arc. The more serpentine rolls you pack into your launcher, the more robust your blue effect. This bright, PVC paper reflects surrounding light, making the blue streamers sparkle as they fly.

How To Handle Dimly-Lit Venues

By themselves, your bright streaks of cobalt will show best when launched in bright daylight or spotlights. For launches at concerts and theater performances where you're aiming out above the crowd, pour in a sleeve of Turquoise Blue Slowfall Confetti. The light tissue will reinforce your color scheme and hold its color outside of the hot lights. Plus, you get the added benefit of lingering flutter.
